"JUPOJA" association unifies twelve independent companies, which are functioning in Siauliai.

“JUPOJA” association’s title is made of the surnames of three main shareholders - Jucius Stanislovas, Popov Vasilijus and Japertas Vidmantas. The companies of the association deals with wholesale and trade of building materials, cargoes and their spare parts, trade of various equipments, rent of accommodations, and services of constructional works and repairs. The greatest among them – PC “Jupojos statybinės medžiagos”, PC “Klaipėdos statybinės medžiagos”, PC “Jupojos technika”, PC “Valvėsta”

Annual turnover of the companies of the association – more than 100 million Lt. There are more than 400 employees in the companies of the association.

The aims of “Jupoja” – to develop the activities of the companies, guarantee the quality of goods and services for the customers, to be faithful business partners, organize the team of specialists and self-confident people.
“Jupoja” association the guarantee of lucky business relates with a creation of powerful team, trust among each other, nurturance of businesslike relationships between head and personnel, right attitude towards rivalry and operative reaction to the market changes.
UAB “Jupojos statybinės medžiagos”, UAB “Klaipėdos statybinės medžiagos”, UAB “Jupojos technika”, UAB “Valvėsta”, Kaliningrade veikianti “Rosslitstroj”įmonė. Though association “Jupoja” had celebrated the first birthday in the year 2004, the history of the business of enterprise is counted for decades.

Roots of the business around here falls into the beginning of the last century – the oldest photo with views of former “Lietukis” wholesale stores found into archives were made in the year 1922. After the war “Lietukis” was reorganized into “Zemtiekimo baze”, and in the year 1961 around here was established “Lietuvos zemes ukio technika” Siauliai base. After retrieving the independence of Lithuania, instead of the base were registered joint stock company. Subdivisions of that company became independent and formed the bases of the companies of the present association. In the year 2004 the association officially presented the new merchant mark “Jupoja”. The reasons of that were that the former title of the concern “Siauliu zemes ukio technika” really contravened the activities of the enterprises, mystified the business partners and customers.

Successfully developing the activity, the association “Jupoja”, pandering the rising needs of the customers, tries to remain loyal for the chosen aim – to be reliable for the partner, to please to the customer with professional services and quality of the goods, worthily develop the business.
